The past year I got to witness and document a lot of love. Anxious love with marriage proposals. Celebratory, deep love at weddings. Adventurous love with destination and elopement weddings. Self love with boudoir and portrait sessions and unconditional love with new life. I have been honoured to share in these moments.I also received some professional love this year. In the months past I was recognized as one of Canada's Top 30 under 30 and won Best in Photography with both the Edmonton Yeggies and the Wedding Industry Expert Awards. Global Television, Breakfast Television and the Canada Photo Convention were a few of the fun interviews I was asked to do, along with having my work appear in Wedlux Magazine, Blush Magazine, Style Me Pretty, Wedding Obsession and on a major publication book cover.2014 was also full of personal accomplishments including the start of my Characters portrait series, witnessing loved ones families grow and marrying my best friend and watching him branch out in his own artistry.In closing, I want to thank everyone who has supported my work this past year. I have amazing people in my life that have been instrumental in making this year the success it has been. My clients have allowed me to express myself creatively in their lives, without which, none of this would have materialized.
